  • Complaints Resolution Representative:  Candidates should have strong post-secondary education in law, social science or a related field, and a demonstrated ability to analyse and synthesize complaints and identify the relevant issues.
  • Medical Assistants:  We are looking for experienced, skilled Medical Assistants for short and long term assignments. You must have a minimum of 2 years solid working experience in a medical setting. Various assignments working for specialists, G.P.’s, clinics and community health centres.
  • Medical Receptionists:  Long and Short term assignments available - experience working in a paperless (fully electronic) office and exposure to MAC platform an asset.

  • Medical Office Administrator:  Downtown - Busy surgical practice requires a permanent, full-time Medical Secretary/Office Manager. Bookkeeping, payroll, and OHIP billing & reconciliation are included in the duties. You will supervise a staff of 3 and have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
